Not the guy in the photos. It’s a ref to Luke Mueller. About ten years ago he and his best friend has a website called garage based power. Luke died a few years ago.
I randomly stumbled across this thread and damn small world, I was friends with the Mueller family, Luke being best friends with my older brother and their mutual friend who created the website. We all attended Overland High School in Aurora, CO.Though Luke had a very disturbing end he was a good guy and is missed.
